As a Nurse Manager at Clean Market, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Current Florida RN License + BLS Certification

• Autonomous Florida APRN Licensure

• 4+ years of acute care nursing experience

• 2+ years of management experience (preferred)

• Strong IV skills

• Confident communication skills and an outgoing personality

• Comfortable with a rotating schedule and on-call responsibilities

Nice to Have

• Experience in wellness-centered healthcare settings

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems

• Certification in leadership or management
