Non-Certified Apartment Maintenance

We are hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for immediate needs!

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance service requests.
Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems including appliance repair.
Installing locks/making keys.
Replacing light bulbs in common areas.
Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
Responsible for assisting with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings and common areas.

We are seeking talent with experience in the apartment maintenance! Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn.
