Meet with prospective homebuyers, build rapport, present model homes, and guide buyers through the sales process from initial inquiry through contract.
Follow the LGI Homes process and methodology to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Achieve and exceed sales goals, including units sold, conversion rates, and revenue per home.
Provide excellent customer service — answer questions, handle objections, coordinate with construction, finance, and closing teams.
Work weekends and on-site at the Bisbee Ranch community to maximize customer access and availability.
Maintain CRM records, follow-up communications, and pipeline management.
Attend training sessions, team meetings, and sales events; use provided car and phone allowance as part of your role.
Represent LGI Homes with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
Proven sales track record — strong communication skills both face-to-face and on the phone.
Experience in a commission-based role preferred.
Competitive spirit, self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven.
Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed for sales events and buyer meetings.
Willingness to be on-site full time at the Bisbee Ranch community in Phoenix.
Real-estate license is not required (training provided) unless otherwise mandated by local regulation.
