Compensation: $1,000 biweekly draw against commission (up to $6,000 initial draw) + commission and bonus opportunities

As a New Home Consultant, you’ll guide customers through every step of the homebuying journey — from initial contact to closing — ensuring each experience reflects Lennar’s commitment to quality and care.

Manage the full home purchase process, from first contact to closing.
Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and match them with the right Lennar home.
Generate new sales leads through community engagement, realtor relationships, and proactive outreach.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, product offerings, and community features.
Conduct model home tours, assist with paperwork, and ensure a smooth sales experience.
Provide consistent follow-up and post-closing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in community events, open houses, and promotional activities.
Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes to company standards.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Real estate license preferred.
1–2 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or a related field.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tracking software.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and goal-driven mindset.
On-site position requiring regular visits to company communities and offices.
Frequent walking through home sites and outdoor areas in various weather conditions.
Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 25 lbs.
