Description

We are looking for a talented .NET Software Developer to join our dynamic team at Stepping Stones Group - Sandbox! In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. A typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, designing and consuming RESTful APIs, and applying your knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and TDD to deliver high-quality software solutions. Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining C#, .NET Core, or ASP.NET Core applications
• Strong expertise in Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL)
• Proven track record of designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Test-Driven Development (TDD), including unit and integration testing using xUnit/Moq
• Experience with Git workflows and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Comfortable collaborating in an Agile/Scrum environment and working closely with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Azure services (such as App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB) or other cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE)
• Front-end development skills in frameworks like Blazor, React, or Angular
• Background knowledge in GraphQL or gRPC API design
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices, including automated security scanning and secrets management
• Past contributions to open-source projects or active participation in .NET community events
