Location: Greenville, SC
Type: Full-Time | Salary - $30–$40/hour | Individual Contributor

🌟 What You’ll Do:

As a Neighborhood Sales Manager, your mission is to exceed sales objectives while creating a seamless, welcoming homebuying journey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing neighborhood-specific sales strategies

  • Guiding prospective homebuyers through the entire sales and purchase process

  • Partnering with the Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants

  • Conducting regular market research to stay competitive

  • Managing sales activities, follow-ups, and deals in Salesforce CRM

  • Ensuring all sales materials are compelling and accurate

  • Advocating for First Heritage Mortgage as the preferred lending partner

  • Delivering superior customer service and resolving concerns promptly


🧠 Tools You’ll Use:

  • Salesforce (CRM)

  • DXC Homebuilder One (HB1)

  • Microsoft Office Suite


✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven new home sales experience for a production builder

  • Availability to work weekends

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-through

  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with high standards and expectations

  • Minimum capture rate of 80%
