K-Swiss is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead and grow our U.S. Lifestyle category. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the footwear industry’s most respected and beloved brands. In this role, you’ll report to the Vice President of Lifestyle Sales and play an instrumental part in driving strategic growth and building lasting relationships with key national and major wholesale accounts.

Develop and execute seasonal and annual business plans for top U.S. lifestyle wholesale accounts.
Create accurate sales forecasts and business reports using strong data analysis and commercial logic.
Build and maintain strong product merchandising plans tailored to customer and market needs.
Analyze competitive trends and identify new business opportunities.
Foster and strengthen relationships with key retail executives, buyers, and stakeholders.
Deliver impactful brand and product presentations to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
Track and measure sales performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly against targets.
Ensure timely submission of sales orders and participate in buy meetings to optimize inventory levels.
Partner with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Credit) to ensure smooth execution.
Represent the brand professionally at meetings, events, and trade shows.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–7+ years of progressive sales experience in footwear, apparel, or consumer goods, including at least 3 years in national or regional sales management.
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas with established relationships across major U.S. retail and wholesale accounts.
Deep understanding of the athletic footwear market, retail landscape, and consumer trends.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity and problem-solving ability.
Ability to travel up to 50% to visit accounts, meetings, and trade shows.
