Description

As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our members. Your daily responsibilities will include participating in food preparation, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, and keeping work areas safe and organized. You will engage in various tasks that require physical activity and the operation of different machines and appliances. Each day will be filled with opportunities to interact with members, assist with their needs, and maintain a high standard of service in our community.

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks that involve frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
• Capable of operating machines and appliances including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, and kitchen utensils.
• Experience in food preparation and cleaning duties while adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Commitment to maintaining work areas in a sanitary condition and following all safety protocols.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
