Join The Christ Hospital Health Network as a Medical Assistant, where every day is a chance to make a real difference in patients' lives! In this role, you will be the friendly face patients see, assisting with both administrative tasks and clinical duties. Your daily activities might include managing patient schedules, updating electronic medical records, drawing blood, performing EKGs, and providing support to physicians. You will engage with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, electronic medical records (EMR), and scheduling systems.
• Strong verbal and social skills to communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, physicians, visitors, co-workers, and drug representatives both in-person and over the phone.
• Willingness to travel to other physician offices as necessary.
• Preferred clinical skills such as phlebotomy, performing EKGs, stitch removal, and splinting.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar healthcare role, providing a base of knowledge and practice.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA).
