As a Mechanical/Electrical Technician, you’ll help keep production running safely and efficiently by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, including motors, pumps, compressors, and control systems.

• Support production teams by ensuring consistent equipment uptime and safety compliance.

• Calibrate and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems supporting manufacturing operations.

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and production areas to identify and resolve potential issues.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, and spare parts inventory.

• Follow all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or trade certification preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

• Hands-on experience with basic shop equipment (grinders, welders, hand tools, etc.).

• Ability to work 8–10-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

• Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
