As a Mechanical/Electrical Technician, you’ll help keep production running safely and efficiently by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Responsibilities
Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, including motors, pumps, compressors, and control systems.
Support production teams by ensuring consistent equipment uptime and safety compliance.
Calibrate and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems supporting manufacturing operations.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and production areas to identify and resolve potential issues.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, and spare parts inventory.
Follow all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company quality standards.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or trade certification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Hands-on experience with basic shop equipment (grinders, welders, hand tools, etc.).
Ability to work 8–10-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
