Description

As a Mechanical Assembler at Balance Staffing, you will play a vital role in the assembly process of various mechanical components. Your day will be filled with preparing parts, using hand and power tools, and ensuring that each assembly meets our quality standards. You will work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals and tackle any challenges that come your way. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 60lbs on occasion. Overtime may be necessary during peak periods, allowing you to maximize your earning potential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, or equivalent software
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs on an occasional basis
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Nice to Have

• Experience with mechanical assembly processes and techniques
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control measures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
