Description

As a Mechanic at Westgate Resorts, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles and equipment run smoothly and efficiently. Your day will typically involve performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out repairs to guarantee a memorable experience for our guests. Whether you're adjusting brakes, changing oil, or conducting safety checks, you'll be contributing to the safety and reliability of our operations. You’ll be working both indoors and outdoors, maintaining a keen eye for detail and demonstrating your problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of relevant mechanic experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license (for company vehicle use).
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Tobacco-free workplace policy applies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with a variety of tools and maintenance equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
