We’re seeking a Material Handler Lead to help drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety in our warehouse and production operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on logistics professional who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Establish and document efficient material handling procedures.
Coordinate closely with production to ensure materials are delivered on time.
Issue materials from the stockroom to manufacturing as required.
Lead and mentor warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Track inventory using internal systems and databases.
Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and delivery partners.
Uphold UCT’s safety and quality standards in all operations.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or higher degree in Logistics preferred.
4–6 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or materials management roles.
Previous lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient with inventory tracking systems and warehouse databases.
Forklift certification and pallet jack experience required.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
