- Ability to attend work as scheduled
- Technical knowledge to operate machinery
- Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts
- Ability to standing, lifting, twisting and bending
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
- Availability to work overtime if needed
- Proficient communication skills, oral and written in English
- Prep raw materials on carts
- Transfer carts on and off VRC
- Empty trash cans on fluff end and mezzanine
- Maintain work area to meet or exceed safety and housekeeping standards
- Complete TPM tasks each shift
- Role typically assigned to a specific machine and rotates with Paris standard crew rotation
- Aid others when needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned
