As the Marketing Director at Young America Realty, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and driving our brand forward. Your typical day will involve analyzing digital marketing analytics to assess performance and optimize campaigns, collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging, and leading a team of marketing professionals. You'll be responsible for customer acquisition and retention strategies, overseeing brand management, and ensuring that our marketing efforts effectively communicate the unique offerings of our properties. Requirements

• Digital Marketing Analytics: Minimum of 10 years of experience required.
• In-Person Presence: Ability to work in person at our Normal, Illinois office.

Nice to Have

• Customer Acquisition: 5 years of experience preferred.
• Customer Retention: 5 years of experience preferred.
• Brand Management: 5 years of experience preferred.
