Our client based in Dallas, Texas is seeking a dedicated Marketing Technology Manager for a direct hire position at their legal firm with multiple locations.

Marketing Technology Manager Role:

• Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM systems, digital platforms, and workflow processes.
• Ensure data integrity and support strategic marketing initiatives across all offices.
• Manage a small team and collaborate closely with various departments.
• Act as the primary data steward for CRM systems, ensuring integration and data quality.
• Support digital marketing efforts, event technology, and provide technical support and training.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor system performance, and implement best practices.
• Lead and mentor the Marketing & Data Assistant.

Marketing Technology Manager Background Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, website management, and marketing automation.
• Experience in brand strategy, client lifecycle management, digital campaigns, and SEO.
• Proven ability to manage a team and deliver technology training programs.
