Manager Product Development B2B Portal

Job Summary:


We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Manager, B2B Portal to lead the development and ongoing management of a new end-to-end portal for our Business (B2B) products and services. This role will define the vision, manage the roadmap, and work cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, customer-focused digital experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define the vision, goals, and performance metrics for the B2B Services Portal
  • Lead the portal’s full lifecycle—from concept and launch to updates and enhancements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) and external development partners
  • Drive a consistent and high-quality user experience across the portal and third-party systems
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on business goals and customer feedback
  • Align development efforts with company strategy, timelines, and budget
  • Track product performance, user satisfaction, and make data-driven improvements
  • Communicate progress, plans, and performance to executives and stakeholders
  • Explore new technologies (AI, automation) to improve the customer experience
  • Stay current on industry trends and identify areas for innovation

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree (MS or MBA preferred)
  • 5–7 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional products in telecom or similar industries
  • 5+ years in product development or operations
  • Experience with B2B product ecosystems and service dependencies
  • Knowledge of portal design, development, and user experience best practices
  • Strong understanding of B2B technical architecture and engineering
  • Track record of managing successful product lifecycles and business growth
  • Data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking
  • Experience working in matrixed environments and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with customer behavior across multiple digital channels
