We’re looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to support facilities with consistent, long-term maintenance needs.
This role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of property equipment and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on building equipment.

• Prepare and maintain vacant units and common areas.

• Collaborate with vendors and fellow technicians to complete maintenance projects.

• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.

• Follow all safety and cleanliness requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience.

• Must bring your own tools (hammer, screwdrivers, cordless drill, etc.).

• Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb, bend, and work on your feet for long periods.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Must not use tobacco or vaping products before or during work hours.

• Professional, respectful demeanor.

Attire: Collared shirt (no logos), long pants, and closed-toe shoes.
Schedule: Consistent weekday hours (up to 40 hrs/week).
Pay Range: $24–$28/hr depending on market.
