In this role, you will tackle various maintenance tasks, providing both support and assistance to fellow team members. A typical day may include repairing equipment, assisting with community projects, and ensuring that everything runs efficiently. Your hands-on work will directly contribute to maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment for all.

Requirements

• Dependable transportation to and from work
• A strong work ethic, demonstrating reliability and dependability
• Ability and willingness to assist with other community projects as needed
• Enjoy working collaboratively and be open to following directions
• Ownership of a set of basic hand tools (e.g., screwdriver, channel lock/pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach with co-workers and customers

Nice to Have

• Experience with power tools is a plus!
