Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Jensen Precast, you will play a vital role in ensuring our equipment and machinery are functioning at their best. Your typical day will include performing inspections, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out repairs on mechanical and electrical systems. You will collaborate with your team to maintain a safe working environment and help improve our production processes. With your skills and problem-solving abilities, you will help us deliver high-quality precast concrete products efficiently.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals with ease.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and the operation of automated equipment.
• Self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong focus on safety and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Basic computer and documentation skills to maintain records and reports.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in maintenance or mechanical trades to enhance your expertise.
• Experience in welding or fabrication skills to broaden your capabilities.
• Previous work experience in a concrete production or industrial setting.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish for better communication within our diverse team.
