📣 Job Ad – Maintenance Technician (Morristown, TN)

Full-Time | On-Site | 12-Hour Rotating Schedule (2-2-3)

Join Iatric Manufacturing Solutions — where innovation meets efficiency in a clean, climate-controlled environment. We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to help us launch and sustain world-class production at our Morristown facility.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Support the installation of production, packaging, and distribution equipment

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical/electrical systems and facility equipment

• Work cross-functionally with process engineers and technicians

• Track and manage work through maintenance software (CMMS)

• Lead and support preventative/predictive maintenance initiatives

• Participate in continuous improvement and safety-first culture

• Be on-call when needed for urgent repair and response

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Completed or enrolled in Millwright/Electrical/Dual apprenticeship OR relevant Associate degree

• Experience in industrial maintenance, HVAC, power transmission, or hydraulics

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to obtain a Tennessee electrical license

• Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, and FDA standards is a plus

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs, work on your feet, and handle hands-on repair tasks

• Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
