Description

As a Maintenance Technician at PeakMade Real Estate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our community is a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place for residents. Your day-to-day activities will include troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances. You'll be the go-to resource for maintaining all community systems while also handling on-call responsibilities as needed. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide excellent service, ensuring residents’ needs are met promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• EPA certification Type I and II is preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Reliable transportation is essential and the ability to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule as required.
• Availability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and all other community systems.
• Other licenses and certifications as may be required by local, state, or federal law.

Nice to Have

• Experience with various maintenance software and technologies.
• Ability to perform minor landscaping or outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents and team members.
