Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Gables Residential, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring that our apartment community remains in top-notch condition. Your typical day will include performing maintenance tasks related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs. You will conduct unit inspections and handle preventative maintenance to ensure our residents enjoy a comfortable living experience. Flexibility is key, as you will be on-call on a rotating basis to address any urgent maintenance needs at any time.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance, including hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Understanding of unit inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to maintain the quality of our properties.
• Willingness and flexibility to work on-call on a rotating basis, available any 7 days of the week, year-round.
