Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Balance Staffing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with fellow team members to maintain our high standards of safety and efficiency. You will work with various systems, including pneumatic and electrical systems, to keep everything running smoothly. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic
• Expertise in pneumatic systems and welding (MIG, TIG, acetylene)
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics
• Familiarity with PLC systems (preferred)
• Ability to work rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule), including weekends and overtime
• Must possess professional tools, including voltmeters and amp meters

Nice to Have

• Certification in maintenance-related fields
• Experience with industrial machinery
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
