As a Third Shift Maintenance Technician, you will independently support plant operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex production equipment to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

- 12-hour third shift schedule (7 PM – 7 AM, 2-2-3 rotation)
- Initial training provided on first shift (7 AM – 7 PM, 2-2-3 schedule)
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Proficient in using electrical test equipment, including multimeters, insulation testers, and oscilloscopes
- Strong knowledge of complex electrical circuits, machine controls, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, including dimensions, tolerances, and ladder diagrams
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), and CNC machinery
- Solid understanding of factory operations including safety, quality, production processes, and cost controls
- Basic knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols, including PPE, hazard recognition, behavioral safety practices, and environmental regulations
- General understanding of quality management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics - preferred
- Experience with Oracle R12 procurement processes – preferred
What You’ll Do as a Third Shift Maintenance Technician:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with minimal supervision
- Serve as the sole technician on shift, managing full plant breakdowns
- Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and machinery
- Assist in installing and starting up new equipment
- Maintain and update equipment documentation and electrical schematics
- Support reliability initiatives, PM execution, and safety assignments
- Lead maintenance projects and guide support teams when required
