### **Summary** The Maintenance App Controller oversees all maintenance app requests and entries, ensuring effective communication with the maintenance team and timely completion of repairs. This role supports the Maintenance Manager by managing data, tracking work progress, and maintaining accurate records within the maintenance system. * * * ### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** - Oversee maintenance app requests and contact requesters for additional information. - Pull and compile reports for the Maintenance Manager. - Schedule work dates and track job completion status with managers. - Order and track materials used, ensuring accurate data entry in the app. - Report recurring issues to the Senior Manager or Manager. - Assist with adding manuals to scheduled maintenance jobs. - Collaborate with management to develop procedures for recurring maintenance tasks. * * * ### **Competencies** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
