If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products, this position is a great fit. ### Requirements / Responsibilities - Accurately package various candy products according to established guidelines. - Inspect candy items for quality and ensure only perfect products are packed. - Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift. - Follow safety and hygiene protocols to meet company and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. - Report any inconsistencies or equipment issues to supervisors promptly. ### Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or food handling is a plus but not required. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks. - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks. - Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. - Willingness to adhere to safety and cleanliness standards. ### Job Details / Duties - Operate packaging machinery or hand-pack candy products efficiently. - Sort and handle candy items with care to prevent damage. - Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipment. - Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies are low. - Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of packaging equipment. - Assist with inventory counts and documentation as needed. ### Shifts This position operates on a consistent day shift schedule from Monday through Friday. Work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a reliable weekday routine with evenings and weekends off.
