Description

As a Machine Operator at Advanced RPO, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your main responsibilities will include operating machinery, ensuring production quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. A typical day will involve working on your assigned machine while monitoring its performance, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with your team to meet production goals.
Be prepared to embrace a dynamic work schedule, consist of four 11-hour shifts followed by four days off.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), such as respirators and goggles, while working with hazardous chemicals. Must be clean-shaven every day.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be willing to work a 4x4 shift schedule - (4) 11-hour days on, followed by four (4) days off, averaging 38.5 hours per week. Flexibility to work rotating days and nights or nights continuously is essential.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, technical labor, or military service is preferred.
