Description

As a Machine Operator at Balance Staffing, you will play a crucial role in our production processes. You will operate and maintain various types of machinery while ensuring the quality of products meets our high standards. A typical day will include setting up machines, monitoring their operation, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will work closely with a team to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a Machine Operator is mandatory
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience in contract manufacturing
