Job Summary:

We are seeking a Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial machines, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to workplace safety and efficiency. This role requires technical proficiency, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines before production runs and ensure they are working correctly.

• Operate and monitor machinery, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality output.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent malfunctions.

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance personnel.

• Follow production schedules and meet output targets while maintaining product quality.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.

• Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

• Record production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered.

• Assist in training new operators or team members as needed.

Must-Have Criteria:

1. Machine Operation Experience – Minimum of [X] years of experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working in noisy, high-temperature, or high-speed production environments.

• Requires standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection may be required.

• May require overtime, weekend shifts, or rotating schedules.
