Machine Operator

What We Offer
- $17.42 per hour
- 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd shift, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Willingness and capacity to follow all established quality and safety standards
- Identify process issues and follow reaction plans
- Report all problems immediately to Project Engineer or Team Leader
- Sort parts for defects
- Assist in the investigation of defects and customer complaints
- Complete and document first-cycle quality checks
- Prepare for daily production
- Strive to achieve target cycles, sorting, and packaging requirements
- Complete required paperwork and non-cyclic jobs
- Collaborate with operators to minimize downtime during changeovers
- Follow all established rules and procedures
- Follow all 5S principles
- Assist in performing 5S surveys
- Aid in new operator training
- Collect normal and specialized data
- Perform other tasks as assigned
