Start your new career as a Machine Loader with MAU at our client in Seneca, SC. As a Machine Loader, you will operate and maintain CNC and manual machinery to support efficient, high-quality production. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

- Pay of $20.66–$22.72 per hour based on the shift
- Third Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and math skills, including understanding ratios
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
- Operate and monitor CNC and manual machines (lathes, grinders, mills, drill presses)
- Load/unload materials and finished products
- Perform basic measurements and visual inspections
- Pack finished goods into proper containers
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards)
- Use pallet jacks or carts to move materials
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Support other departments as required
