As a Loom Technician, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining weaving machines to ensure the production of first-quality goods in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- High attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Adaptability to changing work environments
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot machine issues
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a loud, manufacturing environment
- Prior textile or machine technician experience is a plus
What You’ll Do as a Loom Technician:
- Set weaving machines to proper specifications based on style requirements
- Monitor and maintain assigned weaving machines
- Diagnose and correct mechanical issues on equipment
- Perform Daily Team Maintenance (DTM) tasks
- Support general plant safety and follow company procedures
- Audit safety protocols and maintain cleanliness
- Provide relief coverage for weavers during breaks
- Climb, bend, and reach to maintain or repair machinery
- Use tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and measuring devices
