Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5:30am–5:30pm OR Friday–Sunday, 5:30pm–5:30am
Pay Rate: $20.87/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
The Performance Group is partnering with a local client in the Hanover area to support their staffing needs. We are seeking skilled Logistics Loaders/Forklift Operators with recent sit-down and/or stand-up forklift experience. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in a warehouse or logistics environment and are looking to transition into a long-term role.
Operate sit-down forklifts (required) and high-reach forklifts (preferred).
Load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
Organize and stage products for efficient storage and order fulfillment.
Verify quantities and ensure accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
Inspect products for damage and report issues to your supervisor.
Prepare products for shipment and secure loads according to safety protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
Assist with inventory tasks such as cycle counts and stock movements.
Prior warehouse or logistics experience is required.
Recent forklift operating experience required; must be able to be certified on day one.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Able to bend, lift, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail for accurate product handling and shipping.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
