As a Local Operator at TULU, you will play a vital role in ensuring our on-demand rental services run smoothly for our residents in Champaign, IL. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing inventory, assisting customers with their rental needs, and maintaining the in-building smart platform. You will be the go-to person for ensuring that our household and lifestyle products are available and accessible, making a positive impact on the community.

Requirements

• Must be punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to being present during scheduled shifts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist customers and collaborate with the team.
• Basic computer skills for managing inventory and using our smart platform.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
