Description

Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent at GoHealth! In this role, you'll be helping clients navigate their Medicare options and find the best plans tailored to their needs. A typical day will involve engaging with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, providing expert guidance on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans. You'll leverage your knowledge of healthcare terminology and regulations to ensure our clients have the information they need to make informed decisions. Additionally, you'll use our state-of-the-art CRM tools to manage your sales process efficiently.

Requirements

  • Active Health Insurance License in your resident state (Medicare certification is required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience selling Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans
  • Familiarity with CMS regulations and healthcare terminology
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment with both inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong computer and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Quote & Enroll tools)
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office environment

Nice to Have

  • Multistate licensure (AHIP, multiple carrier certifications)
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred)
  • Experience working with telesales platforms or Medicare comparison tools
  • Background in health insurance call centers
