Rent Prosper is seeking an experienced leasing rockstar to join our on-site team at a 300-unit residential community in the busy Millenia Mall area—where renter demand never slows down!

• Manage leasing operations — handle leads, tours, applications, lease prep, and renewals
• Proactively follow up with leads and convert prospects to residents
• Assist with marketing efforts and drive improvements in occupancy and retention
• Deliver high-quality, on-site customer service and respond to tenant concerns
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, turns, and maintenance work orders
• Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping in property management systems
• Collaborate with the Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Maintenance teams
• Uphold Fair Housing compliance and other legal/regulatory housing standards
• Help maintain a positive, well-organized, and team-oriented office culture
Requirements
• 3+ years of leasing experience in multifamily/apartment communities
• Experience working at properties with 100+ units
• 3+ years using property management systems (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, etc.)
• Experience with lead management tools (e.g., RentCafe, Knock, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and housing operations regulations
• Organizational excellence and attention to detail
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with pet screening platforms (e.g., PetScreening.com)
