Description

As a Leasing Consultant at BGSF, you'll play a vital role in helping potential residents find their perfect home. Your day will involve engaging with prospective tenants, conducting property tours, and showcasing amenities. You'll be the friendly face of our community, answering questions, assisting with the leasing process, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. Collaboration with your team and a commitment to customer service will be key as you build relationships and contribute to our vibrant community.

Requirements

• A minimum of six months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in leasing software such as Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc., is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is required.
• Dependable transportation to and from work is a must.
• A strong work ethic characterized by reliability and dependability.
• Enjoyment in collaborating with others and the ability to take direction when needed.
• A friendly, customer service-oriented approach in interactions with co-workers and customers.

Nice to Have

• Experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with local real estate trends and the rental market.
