Learning and Development Program Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Program Manager to join their innovative team focused on delivering top-notch professional development initiatives for leading law firms, financial institutions, and private equity clients. This is a full-time direct hire position with a 3/2 work schedule.

Role Overview

  • Manage professional development and consulting programs for various industries
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and oversee projects
  • Lead program logistics, execution, and client relationship management
  • Utilize project management tools for planning and tracking project progress
  • Coordinate training programs and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Support facilitators in content development and session coordination
  • Ensure quality standards in all client-facing materials
  • Provide administrative support and maintain client communications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of program management or client services experience
  • Background in professional services, law firms, or education preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRMs
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
  • COVID-19 vaccination mandatory
