Job Description – Warehouse Shift Lead (SpeedX LA)

As a Shift Lead at SpeedX LA, you’ll be responsible for setting the tone on-site by leading a team of warehouse associates in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment. You'll coordinate with the client, help check workers in and out, keep the team aligned, step in where needed, and report back to WorkWhile.

You’ll arrive 30 minutes early, stay 30 minutes after, and act as the point person for the shift — ensuring operations run smoothly, resolving any issues on the floor, and accurately submitting attendance and timesheet data.
This role pays $2/hr more than the standard warehouse associate role.
