💡 Role Overview

AAA, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technology Analyst to design and support resilient, scalable, and high-performing production systems. This role combines hands-on infrastructure work with technical consulting, incident response, automation development, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience in cloud infrastructure, system monitoring, and automation scripting.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor system performance and availability across production applications

• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation tools to reduce manual tasks

• Lead on-call incident responses and root cause analyses

• Scale services and perform capacity planning as usage grows

• Partner with DevOps and Operations to build resilient, scalable systems

• Write and maintain operational runbooks and documentation

• Train support technicians on procedures and use of monitoring dashboards

• Improve and administer ticketing systems for better support workflows

✅ Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in programming, systems analysis, or systems administration

Technical Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Proficient with scripting & automation: Python, Bash, Ansible

• Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Dynatrace, CloudWatch

• Understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting

• Ability to analyze system capacity and scale infrastructure accordingly

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to continuous learning and technical development

🎯 Compensation

💰 Salary Range: $78,040 – $98,330/year
📈 Eligible for Annual Incentive Plan
