Job Description:

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team. You’ll play a key role in our daily operations by handling inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Summary:

The Shift Lead represents WorkWhile on-site, ensuring smooth shift execution by supporting workers, maintaining professionalism, communicating effectively with the client, and resolving issues proactively. This role requires reliability, leadership under pressure, and punctuality.

Core Responsibilities:

Arrive 30 minutes early to check in with the client and prep the site.

Clock in/out workers using the WorkWhile app (QBar scanner or manual).

Ensure proper worker attire and attendance.

Be the on-site point of contact for both client and team.

Address issues such as late arrivals, disputes, or uniform problems.

Submit a clear photo of the client's official timesheet before leaving.

Maintain open communication with the client and Lead Support.
