Lead Recruitment Partner
Description
As a Lead Recruitment Partner at dscout, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and connecting us with exceptional talent. On a typical day, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, manage a variety of open roles, and utilize your expertise to enhance our recruitment processes. You'll oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Your insights will be crucial in driving our hiring initiatives forward!
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in-house at a high-growth tech company
- Proven success in hiring across both technical and go-to-market (GTM) functions
- Experience recruiting for Director and VP-level positions
- Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
- Ability to manage 8+ open roles across multiple teams simultaneously
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization
- Proactive, curious, and data-minded approach with a passion for improving hiring systems
Nice to Have
- Adjacent experience in HR/People functions, such as HR Business Partner (HRBP) or Employee Experience
