As a Guest Services team member with Best Crowd Management at the Grand Hyatt in Atlanta, you'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming experience for event attendees. Responsibilities include greeting guests, scanning tickets, assisting with setup and teardown, enforcing venue policies, and reporting any unusual activity. You’ll be expected to follow strict dress code and grooming guidelines, maintain a professional presence, and deliver top-tier service throughout the shift.
Shift Lead responsibilities (if applicable) include checking in with the client, clocking in/out staff via the WorkWhile app, managing no-shows, submitting a post-shift report, collecting and uploading the client timesheet, and leading the team with professionalism and problem-solving.
