Singer Equipment Company is seeking a Lead Installer to oversee the delivery and installation of commercial kitchen equipment across diverse client sites. This is a hands-on role requiring mechanical skills, leadership, and the ability to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in installation of kitchen equipment at client sites

• Load, transport, and unload materials and supplies nationwide

• Supervise and support installers/helpers on job sites

• Operate hand and power tools to complete precise installations

• Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal project managers

• Occasionally support warehouse tasks or building maintenance

• Maintain company standards for safety, timeliness, and quality

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (for insurability)

• Ability to lift, bend, climb, kneel, and perform physical labor daily

• Comfortable working in kitchens, construction sites, loading docks

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using power tools

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

• Willingness to travel and work occasional overnights

• Tech-literate (email, smartphones, job updates via mobile)

• Dependable, detail-oriented, presentable, and professional

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Background in construction, electrical, or plumbing

• Forklift or lull certification

• Experience with stainless steel welding and polishing

• Ability to read site plans and communicate with contractors
