We are a leading HVAC service provider in New Jersey, dedicated to delivering excellence and customer satisfaction. Our team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join us. Lead Installations: Oversee and manage the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
Supervise & Mentor: Train, guide, and support a team of HVAC installers to deliver high-quality work.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients on-site, explain installation procedures, and address any questions or concerns.
System Setup: Install ductwork, ventilation systems, and all related components; test systems to ensure full functionality.
Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve installation issues with creative and effective solutions.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized job site while following all safety standards and regulations.
Reporting: Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and industry practices.
Experience: 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential & commercial).
Leadership: Prior supervisory experience with proven ability to lead a team.
Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
Certifications: EPA 608 required; NATE certification a plus.
Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Driver’s License: Valid license with clean driving record.
