Job Overview (Duties/Responsibilities):

Goods Electric Heating & Air is seeking a skilled Lead Sales Coordinator who aligns with our core values, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating and scheduling sales appointments, coordinating installation schedules, and ensuring a seamless process from sale to project completion. This role involves supporting the sales team, maintaining customer satisfaction, and overseeing the efficient execution of installations.

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
• Proven experience as a Dispatcher, CSR, or similar role (i.e., Sales Coordinator)
• Must have experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Google Calendar, Gmail, ETC.), Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Service Titan or similar platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to upholding the company’s value
