About the Role

Service Hero is seeking a skilled Lead Plumbing Installer to join our Covina team. In this role, you’ll oversee residential plumbing projects while supervising a small crew. If you have leadership experience, hands-on plumbing expertise, and the drive to deliver quality installations, this is a great opportunity to advance your career.

Responsibilities

Supervise 2–4 workers on plumbing installation projects
Perform and oversee water distribution and disposal system installations in residential buildings
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
Collaborate with management to ensure timelines and quality standards are met

Requirements

At least 5 years of plumbing installation experience, with leadership responsibility
Solid understanding of plumbing concepts, water distribution, and disposal systems in residential buildings
Valid driver’s license with minimal DMV infractions
Must own basic plumbing tools and battery-operated tools
Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead a team
Authorization to work in the U.S.
