Lead Appliance Install Driver Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
As a Lead Appliance Install Driver at CSC, you’ll be on the move—delivering and installing residential and/or commercial laundry equipment, air equipment, and related technology products. Using your route work experience, you’ll manage and complete daily deliveries and installations while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You’ll also lead and mentor team members through complex installations, relying on your strong leadership, communication, and self-management skills to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately.
Deliver and install laundry and/or air equipment at customer homes and commercial client locations
Install ancillary technology, including card readers and digital enhancement components
Operate a box truck to complete deliveries, pickups, and service calls along a defined route
Prepare equipment for delivery, including assembling required parts before loading
Instruct customers and clients on proper equipment operation with professionalism and clarity
Maintain physical activity throughout the day, loading/unloading equipment using a 2-wheeled hand cart for efficiency and safety
Proactively manage inventory and perform parts replenishment based on route needs and company standards
Lead, train, and support other installers, sharing knowledge and best practices
Audit warehouse prep work to ensure readiness, accuracy, and consistency across all team members

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License & ability to pass pre-employment screening
Must be at least 21 years of age (per DOT regulations)
Prior route delivery experience strongly preferred
Previous experience in appliance installation, appliance repair, or a related technical field is preferred
Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or training team members in a field-based environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide others through complex installations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction and team coordination
Strong self-management and time-management skills; ability to work independently and stay organized on the road
Basic computer proficiency for route documentation, inventory tracking, and communication
Strong interpersonal skills to provide professional customer service
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Comfortable working in physically demanding environments, including moving heavy equipment using a 2-wheeled hand cart
Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, confined spaces)
