As a CNC Laser and Break Press Operator, you will operate and program CNC brake press and laser cutting machinery to produce high-precision metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience operating laser and brake press machinery
- High school diploma or GED - preferred
- Technical training in metal fabrication - preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
What You’ll Do as a CNC Laser and Brake Press Operator:
- Operate MITSUBISHI laser cutting machine and related production equipment
- Select and set up lenses; load programs based on material type and thickness
- Ensure accurate, efficient cuts while maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Follow production priorities and meet task deadlines
- Work collaboratively with team members; maintain reliable attendance
- Operate and program CNC brake press machines
- Read and interpret shop drawings; produce precision parts with minimal supervision
- Use measuring tools to verify part dimensions and maintain quality standards
- Be willing to assist in other areas or departments as needed
